"Out for Delivery" means your parcel is with one of our couriers and is scheduled to be delivered today. You'll receive a delivery window notification on the day.

My tracking hasn't updated for 24 hours. What should I do?

Tracking updates can sometimes be delayed, especially during busy periods. If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours, please contact our customer service team for assistance.

What is a "Safe Place" delivery?

A "Safe Place" delivery means your parcel has been left in a location you specified during checkout, or a location the courier deemed safe. We'll provide a photo confirmation of where your parcel was left.

Can I change my delivery preferences after my parcel has been shipped?

Yes, you can update your delivery preferences through our app or website until the parcel is out for delivery. Options include diverting to a neighbor, choosing a safe place, or redirecting to a ParcelShop.

What does "Delivery Exception" mean?

"Delivery Exception" means there was an issue preventing delivery, such as access problems, address issues, or severe weather. We'll typically attempt delivery again the next working day.
