What size parcels can I send?
Our standard parcel sizes range from small letterbox-friendly items up to 15kg packages. The maximum dimensions are 120cm x 80cm x 80cm. For larger items, please contact our customer service.
How do I print my shipping label?
After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email with your shipping label attached as a PDF. Simply print it on A4 paper and attach it securely to your parcel. If you don't have a printer, you can use our Print In ParcelShop service at selected locations.
What items are prohibited?
Prohibited items include but are not limited to: dangerous goods, flammable items, aerosols, alcohol, firearms, live animals, and perishable goods. For a complete list, please check our prohibited items guide.
How long will delivery take?
Standard delivery within the UK typically takes 2-3 working days. Next Day delivery is available for an additional fee. International delivery times vary by destination, ranging from 3-5 working days for Europe to 5-7 working days for the rest of the world.
Can I schedule a collection from my home?
Yes, we offer courier collection services from your home or workplace. You can schedule a collection during checkout for an additional fee. Our courier will collect your parcel on your chosen date between 8am and 8pm.
