Parcels are typically held for 10 calendar days. If you don't collect your parcel within this time, it will be returned to the sender.

What ID do I need to collect a parcel?

You'll need to show a valid photo ID (such as a passport or driving license) and your collection code or notification email/SMS. If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they'll need their own ID and your collection code.

How does Print In ParcelShop work?

Print In ParcelShop is available at selected locations. When you create a shipping label online, you'll receive a QR code. Take this to a participating ParcelShop, and they'll print your label for you. This service is free of charge.

Is there a size or weight limit for parcels?

Yes, parcels must not exceed 15kg in weight and 120cm x 80cm x 80cm in dimensions. For Lockers, size restrictions are smaller due to the locker dimensions. Please check our size guide for more details.
