You can track your parcel by entering your tracking number on our tracking page. You'll receive updates on your parcel's journey from collection to delivery.

What should I do if I've missed a delivery?

If you've missed a delivery, our courier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to arrange redelivery or collection from a local ParcelShop. You can also check the status of your delivery using your tracking number.

How do I return a parcel?

To return a parcel, you'll need a return code from the retailer. Once you have this, visit our returns page, enter your code, and follow the instructions to print your label and drop off your parcel.

How much does it cost to send a parcel?

Our parcel prices start from £2.62 for standard delivery within the UK. The final cost depends on the size, weight, and destination of your parcel, as well as the delivery service you choose. You can get a quote on our send page.

What items can't I send with Evri?
